You're Invited To Come Along With Me...

This will be my last post on Clipping And Saving…but not my last post.

About the same time I launched Clipping and Saving, a friend of mine launched a similar web site called True Couponing. Both Kati and I set out to teach people to save money through the use of coupons as a ministry and way of helping others. Since the beginning of both of our blogs we have been helping each other behind the scenes.

Tax Free Florida Shopping for Back to School (8/13 – 8/15)

by Melisha on August 3, 2010

The popular Florida tax free back to school shopping holiday is coming back this summer. Normally the event lasts a whole week, but this year the state will only be offering the program for three days.

Floridians will be able to buy clothing, shoes, books and wallets costing less than $50 and general school supplies under $10 tax-free between August 13th to 15th.

Confused about what is tax exempt and what is not?
HERE‘s a reference list for you!  You can print it out and take it shopping with you.

This is usually a great time to buy back to school clothing, but it will be busy.  Plan to shop early that weekend.
